The Lifestyle:MK Team led by Audrey, Gill and Dave will bring you tips and tricks, discussion and debate, fun and features for your health and well-being. Following their Pilot "Girls' Night In" (which you can catch here), the team are broadcasting a second 30 minute show on Secklow Sounds on Tuesday (Sept 8th) from 8.30 - 9pm. "There's a First Time For Everything" insists that you're never too old to learn and brings you ideas of new things you can try. But for those who have been there and done that or are just starting out, Ashley will be talking about getting back into exercise for the first time this year, and Dave's "Man Cave" is all about buying your first car.
A varied programme of music from new CD releases for movies and TV. Some newly released and upcoming films – including Pay the Ghost, The Gift, Zipper and Jenny’s Wedding (a soundtrack that Tony particularly likes). There’s a little from John Barry, Adam Faith and Herbert Stothart plus music for some Chaplin movies that are almost 90 years old.

Transitions' David Stimson managed to electrocute himself with a TENS machine. This wouldn't be half as amusing if David hadn't let us into a little secret - he was an electrical engineer for 20 years before moving into his current role! If you've had a bad week - there's always someone having it that little bit worse...
Luckily, as a Mentor and Commercial Mediator, he's very good at uncrossing wires, so tune in to his show which casts a critical eye on education, the workplace, and anything else that comes up - and get your head round what life throws at you.
