"LIFESTYLE MK - goes back to school" (Saturdays 12pm - 2pm)
Lifestyle MK went back to school this week, Not only were there your usual fun features - Ashley ("How To...Guru") giving tips on how to train your brain, Robb (Personal Trainer) debates the virtues of age in a personal trainer and Dr Jamie (Vet) discusses the importance of training our pets. Dave's Man Cave looks at "Life-Hacks" - things men should learn before they are 30, and we have our guest features including Ro with "This Girl Can" all about teaching, and a feature on her lifelong learning experiences from guests Paula, and Emma - who sent hers to us all the way from Kuwait! Gill and Audrey look at the courses on offer at MK Theatre and we had our weekly quizzes and trivia.
