REWIND - IN CASE YOU MISSED IT!

LIFESTYLE MK  - Christmas Cheer! (Saturdays 12pm - 2pm)
Audrey & Gill as Dick Whittington
and Puss In Boots

Oh Yes It Is...it was Panto Time in the LifestyleMK studio with our last show of the year. We're back on Jan 9th 2016!
Playing only Christmas #1's we looked at what Milton Keynes is doing to spread the Christmas spirit in the community. Dave's Man Cave suggested gifts for HIM, and Personal Trainer, Robb Henderson gave some great ideas for fitness fanatics. Vet Dr Jamie took a moment to reflect on the meaning of Christmas, and Feature presenter Ashley Alymann led the good wishes for 2016. Dave was made up as a Pantomime Dame live on air, we had a taster feature from Film Critic Tremayne Miller who will be guesting in the New Year, and came to the conclusion that "Die Hard" IS a Christmas Film!

12.00 - 12.30 - Christmas facts, quizzes and what's on in MK
12.30 - 1.00 - PT Robb Henderson-Fitness Gifts, Dave's Man Cave-gifts for Him
1.00 - 1.30 - Dr Jamie reflects, MK's community spirit
1.30 - 2.00 - Tremayne Miller, Ashley's Christmas Wishes
