Sally says “Offender Learning is an area which many people that work within the education sector do not even think about for a career path, yet it offers great career progression opportunities. It is very fulfilling to see the learners develop and progress, and for many, education can be life changing. In addition there are flexible holidays, on average fourteen students to a class, and opportunities to transfer across to one of our other sites, should relocation prove of interest.”
