Household Enquiry Forms have been delivered to every
property in Milton Keynes. We are required to do this every year by law so that
we can ensure an accurate register is published on 1 December.
The forms have pre-printed on them the information we
currently have for the address. Households must respond to the form even if
there are no changes to the details.
If the there are no changes then you can respond by
internet, telephone or text (details are on the form) or sign and return the
form in the pre-paid envelope. If you need to make changes then you can respond
by internet or by completing and returning the form.

If a new person needs to be added to the register, or you haven't yet registered, this can easily be done on-line at gov.uk/register-to-vote and a form will
automatically be sent to them to complete.
Please respond as soon as possible to avoid having a
reminder form sent to you.
You can’t vote if you are not on the Electoral Register.
