A varied edition: music from upcoming movies like Ashby, Fathers and Daughters, Bone Tomahawk and Big Stone Gap, plus a bit of classical, several nostalgic pieces from the 50s and 60s and there’s some of the film music of the great English composer William Alwyn.

Tony’s favourites include: Numbers 24 CRITICALLY REVILED MOVIES, 48 MIKLOS ROZSA and the GOLDEN AGE and 170 DOROTHY PARKER and SHELLEY WINTERS.

Soundtracks: 1 hour Tues 10pm, repeats Thurs 3pm, Sunday midnight and Mon 11am catch it on "mixcloud" too.

Lifestyle MK ran their HALLOWEEN SPECIAL this week, Not only were there your usual fun features - Ashley ("How To...Guru") giving tips to make a trick a treat, Robb (Personal Trainer) with workouts to make your body scream and Dr Jamie (Vet) with keeping pets safe this Halloween season, but we also had a brilliant "Sounds and Soundtracks" Halloween quiz, as well as a show packed full of halloween trivia. Dave's Man Cave was all about men's phobias, and the brave boy even had his Halloween make up done live on air.  Gill gave brilliant tips about easy Halloween make up for any last-minute parties, and we also offered some fab films for fright freaks - or the family!!
