This week we're looking at how to look after yourself - from the practical to the emotional to the physical, and we see how Audrey and Gill got on at Combat Academy learning some self defence.

On election day in the US, the subject is American Presidents.  There’s music from movies about real ones like Lincoln, Roosevelt, Nixon and Kennedy and also fictional ones played by actors like Martin Sheen, Michael Douglas and Harrison Ford.  There’s also advice on policy from such as Groucho Marx and Randy Newman.  Hail to the Chief!
